When and how will I receive my invoice for GLOBIS Unlimited?
Billing is calculated at the end of the month in which your GLOBIS Unlimited's plan starts. You will receive the invoice after that during the beginning of the following month. Invoices are sent in the PDF format by email. If you want to see the invoice format, please check this article.
When is the payment due date for GLOBIS Unlimited?
Payment is due by the end of the following month after the start of the service.
How many invoices will I receive?
You will receive only one invoice per service offered by GLOBIS, based on the month the service has started. If you have multiple applications for GLOBIS Unlimited starting at different dates on a month, they will be all calculated and invoiced together since they apply to the same service and start on the same month. Conversely, multiple applications for GLOBIS Unlimited with starting dates set to different months will be invoiced at different times.
If you have also made an application for another GLOBIS' service (for example, GLOBIS Manabi-Hodai, eMBA 2.0 or Corporate Training), you will receive the invoice for them separately.
Are the invoices for the 6-months plan and 12-months plan generated separately?
No. The service is still the same regardless of the plan duration, so the one invoice per service started rule still applies. If you make an application for a 6-months plan and a 12-months plan and they both start at the same month, they will be calculated and invoiced together.
