Admins can register learners for Corporate Training by accessing the GLOBIS LMS Admin Dashboard via the GLOBIS Portal for Admins. Registered learners will gain access to the GLOBIS LMS platform when their training term starts. Please follow these three simple steps to register learners for your Corporate Training project:
Step 1
Access the GLOBIS Portal for Admins webpage (https://business.digital.globis.co.jp) and sign in with your admin account. Select Corporate Training as your desired service on the main page, and then click on the GLOBIS Learning Management System button.
Step 2
Select the project that you want to register learners to. If you are an admin for just one project, you will be automatically redirected to its Admin Dashboard. On the Admin Dashboard of your selected project, click on Learner Registration in the left menu to access the registration page.
Step 3
On the Learner Registration page, select the class you want to add learners to. To register learners to the class, download the available CSV template and insert the learners' data into it. You can open and edit the CSV template with any spreadsheet application like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Save the edited CSV file and upload it to the Admin Dashboard by clicking on Select CSV. If there is no problem with your data, the learners' information will appear on the screen. Confirm the registration by clicking on Complete Registration in the bottom of the screen.
You have now successfully registered learners into the class and they will be able to use the GLOBIS LMS platform to prepare for their training as soon as their training term starts. You will also receive the details of your application by email.
Please be aware that it is not possible to register new learners after the registration deadline has passed. If you want to add learners after the registration deadline has passed, please reach to our support team through the Contact Us form.
