Signing In
To sign in to your admin account, please access the GLOBIS Portal for Admins and input your registered email address and password. To change languages between English and Japanese, please use the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
If you don't remember your password, you can click on Forgot your password? to request a password reset email. You will not receive the password reset message if the email address is entered incorrectly, so please verify what is the address associated to your account in that case.

Changing Email Address
Please bear in mind that it is not possible to change email addresses after they have been registered into the system. If you have changed your corporate email address, please contact us with the following information so we can update your registration:
- Full name
- Previous email address
- New email address
