Admin Roles and Permissions on GLOBIS Portal
The GLOBIS Portal for Admins has two types of admin roles: Principal Admins and Support Admins. Principal Admins have total power over all functions, while Support Admins have restricted permissions. Here is a chart to help you remember the different permissions level for each admin role:

Note: Applications for GLOBIS Manabi-Hodai Plus/eMBA 2.0 (services available only in Japanese) can only be made and managed by Principal Admins. For more information, please check our help guide in Japanese.
Adding or Removing Admins on GLOBIS Portal
To manage the admins registered to your organization, access the GLOBIS Portal and click on the drop-down Menu on the top right of the screen. You will see an option named Manage Admin Accounts. Click on that option to see a list of all admins registered to your organization.
To add a new admin, click on Invite New Admin. The person you invite will receive an email to complete their registration after you input their email address and the admin role you want them to have. You can also change admin roles later if needed.
To remove an admin from your organization, click on the remove button next to their name and role. Their account information will be permanently deleted and they won't be able to access the GLOBIS Portal for Admins anymore.
Admin Roles and Permissions on Admin Dashboards
Please be aware that admin roles on GLOBIS Portal are different from admin roles used on Admin Dashboards. An Admin Dashboard is a feature of our digital services that can be used to register learners for your organization and check their learning history.
If you want to add someone from your organization to an Admin Dashboard to register learners or check their learning progress, please do so directly via the Admin Dashboard of the service you want to use.
