Making an Application and Registering Learners
To use GLOBIS Unlimited in your organization, please make an application for it via the Admin Dashboard. During the application process you will be able to register learners, select the plan type and set a date for the service to start. Please follow these 5 simple steps to make an application:
1) Accessing the Admin Dashboard:
You can access the Admin Dashboard of the GLOBIS Unlimited by signing in to the GLOBIS Portal for Admins, selecting GLOBIS Unlimited as your desired service and then clicking on the Admin Dashboard button.
Alternatively, you can also access the Admin Dashboard of GLOBIS Unlimited through this direct link: https://dashboard.unlimited.globis.co.jp/signin. Please remember to sign in with the same email address and password used for the GLOBIS Portal for Admins.

2) Starting a New Application:
In the Admin Dashboard, select Applications in the left menu and click on New Application to start.
Clients who acquire GLOBIS Unlimited as a part of a bundled program with a Corporate Training project have an exclusive menu to register learners for their organization. If that is your case, please click on New Bundled Application in the Applications page, and select your Corporate Training project to proceed (see below). This option will not appear for clients who have not acquired a bundled program.
3) Registering Learners:
The first step in the application process is to select the plan type (6-month or 12-month), the start date of the service and registering the name and email address of the learners that will be using GLOBIS Unlimited. If you are doing a bundled application, please also make sure to select the class of your Corporate Training project.
You can register learners by inputting their name and email address directly on the registration page or upload a CSV with their data. For the CSV upload, please open the provided CSV template in your favorite spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) and insert the learners' data.
4) Adding Invoice and Contact Details:
It is also necessary to add your invoice and contact details when doing an application. If you have used GLOBIS Unlimited in the past, your previously registered information will show up in this page. After filling all the necessary information, click on Next to proceed to the confirmation page.
5) Completing your Application:
After you review all the information entered on the screen and read our Terms of Use, please click on Agree to Terms of Use and Apply to finish your application. In the next screen, please take note of your application number, as this number may be necessary in case you need help. Your application number and details will also be sent to you via email.
On the start date of your application, all the learners you have registered will receive an email informing them how to access GLOBIS Unlimited. Admins will also be able to track learner progress by accessing the Admin Dashboard starting from that date.
Editing or Canceling Your Application
You can review all your applications in the Application History inside the Applications page. Click on an Application Number to view its details. Applications can be modified up to 2 business days (JST) prior to the start of the service. You can quickly confirm if an application can be modified by checking the Edit or Cancel column in the Application History page.
