In this article: Filtering learner data by period / Adding learners to a group before the plan start date
We have added two new features to the Admin Dashboard in order to prepare for the upcoming data restructure and to make learner management easier: filtering learner data by time period and adding learners to a group before the plan start date. Both features are already available for use.
Filtering learner data by period
A selected period filter has been added to the learner summary option on the Generate CSV button in the Admin Dashboard. This filter allows admins to extract the data related to total learning time, number of courses viewed and number of courses completed for all registered learners within the selected time period. You can use this in the Learners and Groups pages.
Tip: Use this feature to keep track of the learning progress of your company learners during a certain period, like the previous month or since the beginning of the current contract.
Adding learners to a group before the plan start date
Tip: For renewing clients that want a easy way to keep track of the learners of the current contract, we recommend creating a group for them as soon as you finish the application.
If you would like to make changes to a group or its learners, you can use the View / Edit option in the Application History screen. You can edit groups in the Application History up to 2 business days before the start of the plan. After that, please use the Groups page to edit if necessary.
