Mar 14, 2022 - Update of System Name for GLOBIS Platform

On April 01, we will change the official name of the GLOBIS Platform and its associated services.
This is to reduce confusion with the newly launched GLOPLA LMS (currently only available in Japanese).

The changes are outlined below:
